• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and support external audits, including documentation and compliance checks.
• Implement and monitor internal accounting controls and procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti financial regulations and reporting requirements.
